n I premier started in bargains recruiting I cold phoned CEO's of major company's everyday until they either approved a appointment with me alternatively handed me down the line to something another. One day 1 of those cold calls paid off and I finished up meeting with a newly appointed VP of HR for a $2.5 billion corporation.
At one point in the meeting he inquired me why happy, successful sales reps left for new sales jobs. I said something to the efficacy of, "sales reps leave for they feel no adore from their bosses, they want more recognition, they want greater challenges in their sales jobs, they want more vacation, more flexible hours so they can be with their families."
