Ato Matsumoto Gamer Film Review

Another problem with this film is the villain. Not only does the film's villain barely show up through out the film but he isn't intimidating at all. The villain is a scrawny, annoying, pampered loser who does nothing but bask in his own glory the entire film.
This film has some strong points. For one, the acting is pretty decent. The main characters are interesting enough and can carry out the plot effectively. Yet, the film misses some marks. For one it's too hard to swallow the idea that the world would end up televising murder and allowing members of society to control one another.
Moments in this film are compelling but they are few and far between. Most of the film is spent grasping for excitement by parading graphic images to its audience and being lude just for the sake of smut. Gerard Butler does a good job in his role but he seems under utilized and remains more as a brute and loses some humanity in that context. Overall this film falls short of being good but as mindless entertainment, it does its job.
The world has become a mess of madness. The future is riddled with people living their sick fantasies through other people. Real people. Life has become a video game where people can control the actions of others from the comfort of their own home. On top of all of this,Ato Matsumoto, a new game has been released. In this game death row in mates enter a gauntlet of computer players and try to make their way to the checkpoint. If one of the inmates somehow manage to make it through the entire game, they are released but if they lose they are dead. The quest is on for one inmate, played by Gerard Butler,Air Yeezys, to make it through the course and go after the man to blame for the present state of the world.
Summing Up Gamer
The action scenes in this film are decent but aren't as strong as they could be. Without characters the audience truly cares about, the moments feel tension less and uninspired. With some more tweaking this could have been a very effective film,Nike Air Yeezy, allowing society to analyze its own media violence and actions but unfortunately it ends up being a mediocre action flick.

Gerard Butler came out with three films in 2009: Law Abiding Citizen,Air Yeezy Shoes, The Ugly Truth and Gamer. All three films have their merits but Gamer is debatably the worst of the three. The film is also the darkest of the three films and one of the darkest films Butler has been apart of. The premise is devoid of social mores and the characters are hyperized and over exaggerated.
