Eye-opener: Should Minnesota fans be worried about Favre?
Rust never sleeps so it would be absurd of us to believe that [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] was going to look like an All-Pro quarterback right out of the box.
But Vikings' fans had to be expecting more than nine points against the Saints.
"There were a lot of opportunities we left out there," Favre said after the 14-9 loss to New Orleans.

The future Hall of Famer, who had offseason surgery on his ankle, was 15 of 27 for 171 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
He did show some Favre-like brilliance but the nine points has to stick in his craw.
"I missed on some of these throws, but everything felt fine," he said. "I was throwing a little behind. Some of the reads that I made, or didn't make, you can say that in a couple of weeks, that will come back. This is the first game. That means a lot."
What would mean more to Minnesota officials and fans is to see their $20 million man return sooner than later. The schedule goes Miami, Lions, bye, Jets and Cowboys.
One game does not make a season but people give you less margin for error when you are a 40-year old QB.
It is good to be king but if he has another mediocre outing,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Favre may find out how uneasy lies the crown.
Should Minnesota fans be worried at all about their leader?
