So what would it take to pry Randolph away from the Grizzlies? This are where it gets tricky.

As of now, this seems like a team that are incomplete and struggling for an identity. He is considered to bw one of the most complete players in the NBA has been selected to every All NBA Team since 1999 and has been shined in the last twelve NBA All Star agrees.
