Rat cerebral cortical neurons in primary culture Abstract the purpose of cerebral cortical neurons of training methods. Conclusion Neurobasal-A + B27 cultured rat cerebral cortical neuronal activity in the better high purity and in vitro study of nervous system is a good model of the theory. 1.1 Reagents and animals ABSTRACT: Objective To establish a primary culture method of the rat cortical neurons. Methods Primary culture of cortical neurons was made from newborn rats. Immunocytochemical and electronic micoscopic methods were used to identify the cultured neurons. Results The primary cortical neurons cultured with neurobasal-A/B27 grew quite well and the purity was about 85%.
