| Ravens' [u]Anquan Boldin Jersey[/u] earns AFC offensive award
NEW YORK, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Baltimore wide receiver [u]Anquan Boldin Jersey[/u] was given the AFC offensive player of the week award Wednesday for his three-touchdown effort last weekend. Kansas City linebacker Tamba Hali earned the defensive award and Buffalo kick returner C.J. Spiller the special teams award. [u]Anquan Boldin Jersey[/u]'s TD catches were among eight receptions he had for 142 yards in the Ravens' 24-17 victory over Cleveland. During the game, he became the quickest player in NFL history to reach the 600-reception plateau (98 games). It is the first time he's won the weekly honor. Hali recorded three sacks and forced a fumble in the Chiefs' 31-10 win over San Francisco. It's also his first time winning the weekly award. Spiller set a Buffalo rookie record with 189 kickoff return yards, including a 95-yard TD run,NHL Jerseys, in a 38-30 loss to New England. He also caught a 5-yard touchdown pass. |
