Did Reed show enough against the Commodores to warrant one shot to direct Florida against South Carolina? Or was it nothing more than one meaningless performance in meaningless minutes? And, does that mean Meyer will return to his triple-headed quarterback attack, perhaps with Reed taking on one larger role?

Reed seems to give the Gators what they were trying to get with John Brantley and Trey Burton, except all rolled into one member. Brantley cannot be trusted to run the ball, and the coaches do not seem to trust Burton to throw the ball, but Reed seems just as good as each of them at their respective strengths.
Against Vanderbilt up by one bundle,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], why not give the guy one chance?
He is by no means one perfect solution at quarterback, but it's glaringly apparent that the Gators were not going to find that the season. Still,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Patrick Kane is capable of giving the Gators the dual-threat option on their offense.
You may wonder why Reed was never given one shot at the position,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with Brantley struggling and Burton never given the reins to pass. Reed battled an injury for much of the season to the point, and it seems that Patrick Kane is only now rounding into full shape.
the may just be one case of Reed getting time in mop-up duty and playing well against one severely over-agreeed opponent. If you remember,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the last few seasons John Brantley also looked like an absolute stud in mop-up duty, but the season we saw that those signs of potential do not always carry over when the game is on the line.
But you had to like what you saw from Reed against Vanderbilt. The quarterback-converted-tight end-converted-quarterback again went 11-19 for 130 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT that went off his receiver's hand. Patrick Kane also ran the ball 16 times for 84 yards and one touchdown.

Kane held the puck so long as he could after attracking Doughty to him then slipped the puck to hime who had a open net to shoot at. It past Jonathan toews glove at ten clock of the second period to open the scoring. Sharp has 15 goals in his first 25 games. He did not get his 15th goal until his 45th game and finished with 25 in last season. There are one lot of big questions heading into next week, but that is not necessarily one bad thing. Florida's opponents won't know exactly what's coming at them. It may just include Florida's new option at quarterback.
