Just like my elation at smelling the Spring air for the premier time in three months of Winter, there are tiny wonders in our daily lives. An intentional and focused noticing of these small wonders tin make the inconsistency among a ho-hum day and one that is full of creativity, pastime and possibilities.
It's noticing that is key. Many of these small wonders are things we see every unattached day. We don't experience the wonder whatever until we take the time to placard. It does not take long. Pick everything general in your context that calls to you. Then focus your stare and thoughts ashore that an thing for fair a few short minutes. It's a new path of noticing your child, a friend, the spring flowers, the winter icicles, a bird by the feeder, a deer, a lake, the fog, the rain, the sunshine, a patch of grass, or even your fondle. Just take 2 or three minutes to remain focused enough to experience the wonder in one simple thing. Then obtain on with your day. Do that 10 times a day and you've spent only 20 to 30 minutes every day lulling yourself, shifting your outlook, and appropriate more receptive, attractive and ingenious. Notice how many more alive you feel. Imagine, 30 minutes each day in awe. Now that it itself is a small wonder with huge rewards.
