Being present and feeling bliss is the moment in which you are not musing of anything else, hence the concept that we are yet enlightened, is because what prevents enlightenment is alive in thoughts of quondam or future, memories.
This is where finding a person who you so deeply love and confidence allows you to let your entire body and mind completely thaw and rest without any cerebral manoeuvre at being so totally focused above your association. Even a hug is capable of achieving that same experience of absolute abatement and loosen of always physical stress, if there are no other thoughts than the hug.
A WORLD OF OPPOSITES
By being entirely present in the very moment, we are no longer in memories and that gives a state of pure bliss by removing us from the thoughts which we fret about. The practices of meditation or anything in which you can put your entire concentration into a unattached point is the usage of catching your mind from memories and putting it into the very present moment that provides a blissful experience which is the benefit of meditation or rather, the happiness of meditation.
It is in understanding that all entities exist merely because their opposite exists. This is a globe of duality. Hot cannot exist without there being cold. Other practices are certain breathing techniques, Tai Chi or Qi Gong if done correctly, are methods which require total mental focus and relaxation of the body such that the mind can be released from its habitual thoughts long enough to approach a profound state of inner truce and tranquility, which if preserved long enough brings a more profound experience of enlightenment. This then brings the experience of being truly {awake|awake} and present. Being fully {awake|awake} is what the word, ‘Buddha’ method. Buddha means, the awakened 1. Thus enlightened means {awake|wake up}.
If we can truly focus long enough on a single point and reside out of memories long enough, then a many extra mysterious experience can occur. What keeps us in memories? Fears, self centred egoistic desires, attachment to our person life and existence, anything that happens to us as a human being, what we terror or lust to happen, to shirk ache and seek pleasure, which sets in film a fetter of events of conditions and circumstances related to the item we are abstracted with.
As the ball falls through the wind, that is the width of the experience. But because we catch it before it hits the ground, it never stops pushing. We escalator it behind up again and reiterate the movement, never completing the journey and stop pushing. The mind never rests on the fixed foundation of the ground, or rather our own true ecology, the ultimate end of our seeking.
This namely what our idea is like when we do fulfill a decisive class of concentration, we can get the emotion of freedom of having let work, but we so fast return to our accustomed thoughts that we not actually complete the journey as the mind apt achieve complete recess.
The question is how to get the mind to be so fully present long ample for the experience to happen. The method to achieve this requires the acceptance of the futility or irrelevance of everything in life. This is the peril of following a path towards enlightenment, is that it sounds contradictory and maximum definitely counter fruitful if a person does not comprehend how life can be totally pointless and anyhow exceedingly invaluable at the very same period.
