Two China Firms Planning U.S. I.P.O.'s

A Chinese technology outsourcing company and an optical components maker are planning to select investment banks in the next two weeks with the goal of making initial public offerings in the United States by as soon as the first half of 2010, one of their investors told Reuters on Monday.
HiSoft Technology, the outsourcing company,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and NeoPhotonics,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the optical components maker,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], were both close to selecting investment banks,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Nikunj Jinsi, chief investment officer of the International Finance Corporation, told Reuters.
"They're a week away from selecting their bankers,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," he said on the sidelines of a conference in Beijing. "They're looking at a timeframe of the second or third quarter of next year."
