Chances are that you will come to see which priorities are maintaining the negativity and feelings of overload into your life. My thoughts are that there is something to savor with each and every tick of the clock. I began to train my mind to think; it’s my life, my journey. How often have we been told by well meaning friends and parents that life is a journey and not a destination? I knew that the advice was sound and given by loving people, but I still never gave it much thought and little by little I let other people’s needs supersede my own resulting in a completely unmanageable existence filled with anxiety and little happiness.
Not long ago I had a day that began with a list of demands that I knew would completely command my day. My heart began to pound, my palms were moist and I was overwhelmed with anxiety as it had on so many occasions. However, this time was different because I stopped and asked myself why I was allowing this to happen to me. That one question has made a marked difference in my life ever since.
I want my life, my journey to have crystal clear focus on the minute details. The more crisp [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], clear and highlighted each moment is, so much the better. To let any fleeting moment pass without complete inspection and enjoyment is to open yourself to regrets and useless recriminations farther down the road of life. Stress and negative relationships were making these goals impossible.
It’s my heartfelt opinion that dealing with anxious feelings, nervousness and pressure will shorten your life and even cause you to look forward to the end of it. I knew that I had to eliminate the causes of my chronic anxiety and regain the happiness that I vaguely remembered from the early years.
